White Balsamic Vinegar
Original white balsamic vinegar. This wonderful white balsamic is great for salads, fish and fruit. A great idea for this would be to use it in a hollandaise sauce or simply drizzled over fish.
White Balsamic is pressure cooked rather than barrel aged, so it doesn’t discolour like traditional balsamic vinegar. Ours is slightly sweeter than the Balsamic Vinegar Di Modena. It’s great for use in creamy sauces and with brightly coloured veg. Anything you don’t want to turn brown!
