This handmade chilli chutney, made with fresh chillis, is perfect with cheese. But don’t stop there! Add it to chicken too, or stir it into marinades, stir-fries and bolognaises for a sweet heat.

Chilli jam adds flavour and a medium heat while also adding thickness and stickiness, so it’s perfect for marinades.

Ingredients:

sugar, organic apple cider vinegar, jalapeño peppers 18%, liquid fruit pectin: acidity regulators: citric sorbate, freshly squeezed lime, salt
