New recipe (November 2024)! We started making our own so that we could bring back this cult favourite.
Aceto Balsamico di Modena, combined with rich, sweet date syrup and the smoky aroma and flavour of bacon. No wonder this flavoured balsamic dressing is an absolute favourite in the kitchen. • Use as a dressing for lamb’s lettuce with feta cheese.
• Use it as a cheese dipper.
• Combine with one of our flavoured olive oils to make a delicious dressing for green leafy salads.
• Delicious with carpaccio or other appetizers.
• Try it drizzled over tapas classics like bacon-wrapped dates.
