Bramley Apple Sauce -See the recipe for Trackle Apple Sour below. Also great on pancakes or with roast pork  

Pomegranate Molasses - A syrup made from 100% pomegranate juice. Add this to sparkling wine, gin and tonic or a fruity cocktail. Also delicious on salads, cake, ice cream and in Moroccan lamb dishes.

Mango Pulp Vinegar - Add this to sparkling wine, or to plain yoghurt and rum for a Dirty Lassi Cocktail! Also delicious on salads, salmon, chicken and cheesecake.

Blood Orange Balsamic Vinegar - A syrupy citrus vinegar. Add it to a gin and tonic or drizzle over ice cream. Also delicious in salads and on duck.

Zingy Rosemary Jelly - See the recipe for Zingy Rosemary Gin & Tonic below. This jelly is sweet with a zip of lemon. It’s delicious with goats cheese, roast lamb, potatoes and chicken.

Trackle Apple Sour with Bramley Apple Sauce

Introducing the Tracklesour, the perfect summer’s day drink. 

Method:

Simply mix all the ingredients, shake with ice, strain and drink! Alternatively, if you have a little Bramley Apple Sauce left in your jar, make it in the jar, shake it up and drink straight from your self-made tumbler!

Ingredients:

4 parts whisky
2 parts lemon juice
2 parts water
1 part Bramley Apple Sauce
½ part sugar

Zingy Rosemary Gin & Tonic

Made with a delightful dash of our Zingy Rosemary Jelly to take the herbal notes of gin to a whole new level of lavishness.

Method:

Melt 2tbsp Zingy Rosemary Jelly. Mix in a glass with the gin, top up with tonic water and garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.

50ml of your favourite gin
tonic water
sprig of fresh rosemary
