Black Garlic, Honey & Soy Salmon

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet
Chilli & Black Garlic Sweet Soy Honey Sauce
Sesame seeds (optional)

Method:
1) Place the salmon skin side down on a piece of tinfoil. Coat the salmon with the sauce -you won’t need much. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and fold it into a tinfoil parcel. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
2) Preheat the oven to 160C fan.
3) Put the salmon parcel on the middle shelf and bake for 10-15 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flaking apart. I actually did mine on the steam and bake setting in the air fryer for about 8 mins.
4) Remove from the tinfoil, plate, and drizzle with more sauce if you’d like. Enjoy!

I served this with new potatoes, fried mushrooms, tinned sweetcorn and steamed bok choy.
For the bok choy, simply steam in the microwave with a little bit of water for a couple of minutes. Drain and drizzle with soy sauce or more Sweet Soy Honey Sauce. I also had Mustard and Dill Sauce with my potatoes.
